A little jewel in the quiet centre of Clermont Ferrand. Véronique - le chef - rains in the kitchen where everything is cooked from scratch in the house. She uses one waiter - a very nice receptive lady — and their team is formidable! We ate today a pumpkin crumble, salmon and blanket de veau with fresh pasta and for desert: crème brûlée and drunk pear with salty caramel and black sesame ice-cream, To top up our experience today, we were offered a nice dry wine from… Auvergne and it was very goo with its gentle fruity notes. We spent for two with a 1/2 bottle of wine about €45. Wholehearted commendations!
